Help A Child Smile will be visiting Worth County Middle School on Friday, October 30, 2026 to provide dental services to students.
Parents can enroll their child online here:

Paper consent forms will also be available. A completed consent form or online enrollment is required for your child to participate.

🏈 Rising 6th graders are strongly encouraged to play 12U recreation football or with one of the local travel teams before joining middle school football.
